Enquiries on behalf of a prospective Resident must be made by a person who is at least 18 years of age and who has the legal capacity to enter into an agreement. We may ask for confirmation of authority before proceeding with any residency arrangement.

4. User Responsibilities
When using this Website, you agree to do so lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you must not:
- Submit false or misleading information through any enquiry form.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or data.
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could harm the Residence, its staff, or residents.
- Copy, reproduce, or republish any part of the Website's Content without written permission.

5. Admission & Residency Terms
An enquiry through the Website does not constitute a binding placement. Admission is subject to an assessment visit, availability of a suitable room or programme place, and the signing of a written residency agreement.
The residency agreement will set out the full terms of the care arrangement, including the care plan, fee schedule, notice periods, and the respective responsibilities of both the Residence and the family. Families are encouraged to seek independent advice before signing.
We are registered with the relevant Malaysian authorities and operate in accordance with applicable care standards. A copy of our registration status is available upon request.
6. Payment Terms
All fees are quoted and payable in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Published prices are indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of enquiry. The fees applicable to any particular arrangement will be stated in the written residency agreement.
Monthly fees for long-stay and day programme arrangements are due in advance, on the date specified in the residency agreement. Respite stay fees are due upon confirmation of the booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Queries regarding payment, including accepted payment methods and invoice arrangements, should be directed to our administrative team at [email protected] or by telephone on +60 3-2092 6437.
Refund and notice period terms are set out in the individual residency agreement and may vary depending on the programme type and personal circumstances. We handle any early termination of arrangements with consideration for the welfare of all parties.
7. Intellectual Property
All Content on this Website — including written text, photographs, design, and the Willowmere Residence name — is owned by or licensed to the Residence and is protected under applicable Malaysian intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and read the Website for the purpose of making enquiries. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or publish any Content without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Where informal resolution is not possible, the parties may agree to refer the matter to mediation through the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration or a similar body, before initiating court proceedings.
13. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any residency agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Residence in relation to the matters covered.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver. Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
- Notices. Formal notices to the Residence should be sent in writing to 38, Jalan Setiabakti 3, Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, or by email to [email protected].
